The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year:

• New Year's Day
• President’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and janitorial service are not supplied on these holidays, but are available upon request. There is a tenant charge for these services on holidays.

The Building is open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, if these days fall on a weekday. If Christmas Day and/or New Year’s Day fall on a weekend, the Building office closes early on the Friday proceeding the Holiday weekend. A list of official Building holidays will be sent every year to all tenants.
